Heck yeah man. In fact, I'm typing this shit up on the PS3 browser yall. I hooked up my old keyboard to it while I download demos in the background and play around with what this thing has on. I like that the browser is built in and you can hook a keyboard up to it. That right there makes it more useful than the Wii browser. Though phsically browsing pages is easier with the Wiimote. I like how these new consoles are bringing back WebTV like it's 1999.

WebTV was ahead of its time... Now that the internet is so much an integral part of life, a "WebTV" like product would appeal a lot more to many people. On the other hand, most of those people already have a computer in the living room or a Wii or a PS3....

In case anyone cares I downloaded a boatload of demos for the PS3... before I likely put it away for a while.

Real quickly

Grand Turismo HD: I practically fell asleep and wish I didn't waste the time downloading the damn thing.

The Rubber Ducky Game: I got this because Sony always shows those damn ducks and I figured it would use the motion controls. It's a sort of fun puzzle game that's actually free and yes, it does use motion controls. If these are any indication of what type of motion controls the PS3 is capable of... well... I guess I'm spoiled by Wii.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma: Looks absolutely fantastic, at least on an SDTV. I'm still not a fan of this new NG, with it's craptacular camera angles and laming up of Ryu. However, I use Ryu's nunchucks and I loved those. Let me show you them. I'd consider buying this at 20 bucks.

Ridge Racer 7: I haven't played a RR game since RR5 for the PS2. Not much has changed but you know what, I don't give a damn. Power drifting is always awesome. Always. I'd pick this up in the bin for certain. Not worth 60 big ones though.

Lemmings: This was a surprise. Didn't know they had a downloadable Lemmings in the Sony shop. I'm probably going to buy the full version of this eventually because it's really awesome. The proper sequal the original Lemmings deserves. Well... sort of... I'd really love a Lemmings game on the DS. It would just make so much sense with a touch screen. But Sony owns the licnese... for shame.

Right in my que is Resistance and Motorstorm. Yeah I ended up getting rid of Motorstorm like planned. I traded it in for Odin Sphere which I popped in for a moment (what a beautiful game) but plan on getting into it once I'm through FF12. I also picked up RE4: Wii Edition (I paid a 10 dollar difference as planned) and played that for a moment. I probably shouldn't have bought it... but I can't help it. RE4 is damn amazing and my Wii has been really lonely. Wii mote controls for the gun are sort of a plus and a minus. It's way easy to point and shoot, but it's a little tricky now that the camera doesn't move with aiming. And I really miss Leon's sweet laser sight. I'm going to save playing through this game when I'm actually running on an HD set to take advantage of it's new widescreen settings (that will probably look like balls anyway).

PS3 overall so far? Thumbs sideways. Hahaha.

Resistance: Fall of Man - This is pretty action packed. The demo has two stages and I keep dying on the first one. There are just monsters everywhere and it seems no matter what I try to do I die. Taking cover seems to be a nonfactor because they either blast through stuff your take cheap shots at your head. The second stage was a lot more fun and less frustrating. Pretty cool game.

Motorstorm - I've played this before but man... it really is a tight game. And after playing a bazillion demos today and ending with this one, you really do see how amazing the graphics are in this thing. Anyway, it slightly made me regret trading it in, but I'm sure I'll pick this (or it's expected superior sequel) up sometime in the future. I'm sure it'll be one of the first titles in Sony's Greatest Hits line for the PS3.

Virtua Tennis 3 - The next in Sega's sweet tennis series. This game secretly has really awesome graphics, but you don't really know since the camera is pulled so far out that you can't appreciate the details on those charceter models.

Some stupid puzzle pack - This is sort of like a throw away download game Sony has. It's three different puzzle games. There is this one where you need to match up these blocks that was pretty fun but the other two blow goats.

I also downloaded two movies just for the heck of it. Uncharted looks awesome, and there is some Geometry Wars rip off coming out that looks really fun too.

To be honest man it's not really different from the DC game. It looks prettier, but you're not missing a heck of a lot.

You know I have this tennis game for Xbox that I never even tried out. It's Top Spin and it came with the system. I always meant to check it out, I just never did.

Yeah, you're probably right. Tennis 2K2 was probably the best one I've played. My guy and girl were so beefed up. They were unstoppable. I think the best part of the game is making your own guy.
