I don't know man, isn't the game master supposed to be a "master" of all games? Phil just likes to play all games. Not so much master them. :P

Cels? They were just pictures I took of our adventures together.

Dem and I played this for about an hour combined tonight and we had a blast. She got a kick out of it almost called me fat and then watching it put a few pounds on my Mii in the process. Pretty funny stuff. I'm sure parents everywhere are going to all complain when the game calls all of their children fat, but hey, it's a fact of life. I can see the BMI readings being off for someone who honestly is a stocky build or has a lot of muscle. Anyway I put my goal at 15 pounds in 2 months. I wonder if it'll actually happen.

So far most of the activities I've tried have been really fun. There's a huge variety of things to take part in. You also unlock new events as you play, so you need to earn everything as you go.

I plan on playing for about a half hour a night to see if I can make any changes. I'll report on my progress.

Is your goal to gain 15 lbs or lose 15 lbs?

I'm guessing he wants to lose 15 since the game called him fat.

Phil fat? I don't know. Can't really see that. I don't know how much he weighs but he certainly doesn't strike me as fat. Maybe a better goal would be to lower the body fat percentage. But WiiFit can't really calculate that for you. You can't really trust BMI to give you valid inputs on what kind of shape you are in. I'm sure if he started working out, he would get stronger and gain more muscle but that doesn't necessarily mean he will lose weight.

Well over weight doesn't mean fat, it just means over weight. And yes, I'm on my way to being over weight since I'm at the point where I don't fit well into most of my pants anymore. I'd like to lose at least 10 pounds, even though I set my goal to 15 over the course of the next 2 months.

I think the primary goal should be more centered around being in shape rather than obtaining a certain number in your weight. If you set your goal to getting in better shape, the weight results will follow. Losing weight with exercise is good but a lot of times, I see people focusing purely on their weight and go on ineffective diets. They might end up losing the weight but they'll gain it right back after the diet because they haven't changed their lifestyle or eating habits. Those are just my 2 cents on health. I guess it got a little side tracked from Wii Fit. But Wii Fit could be a good motivator for lifestyle changes.

I'm actually sore this morning from a half hour of Wii Fit last night. I'm the weakest son of a bitch in the world.

What were you doing?

I ended up buying it, Lou had one so I broke and bought it. I think its pretty neat, some of the balance games are so damn hard, especially the slalom.

I would actually like to do the yoga poses. I want to see how my balance measures up.

ahahahhaa. Note to self, take a shit before doing yoga. I would like to try out a yoga class to see what it's like. I need to work on my flexibility mostly. It's gotten a lot better since I started doing karate but it still needs a lot of work.

Nice. I did all of the Yoga and Strength Training activities that I have open. I also did the run and a few others. Dude I can't do a serious push up to save my life. I failed miserably at that shit. Whats your Fit Age anyway? The first day I was 38, and yesterday I was 34.

One of my tests in the age test was moving a ball around hitting boxes, I got like 14 levels of it.

I tried a few yoga's and my balance was always in the blue squares.

I think I might buy my parents a Wii and Wii Fit for Christmas, I think my mom would really like this.

What do you mean you can't do a serious push up? Are your hands slipping? I hear the grip isn't so good on the thing for push ups so it might help if you wore gloves.

I got even better at Super Swing Golf sitting down.

I bought this because I think Colleen will actually use it.

I actually played Wii golf sitting down too. I don't like to stand to play video games. I never played GH standing up either. Always sitting.

Yeah I can play GH3 playing down because the guitar is comfortable sitting in my lap, Rock Band on the other hand, I have trouble playing that guitar sitting down.
