no not AC Slater, but my goddamn air conditioning for my house.

i havent used it in like a week because its been pretty cool out.
well lately its been HOT... like mid 80s where I want to use my AC.

well the fan wont spin on the goddamn unit.
air comes out of my vents but its not cold.
i killed the switch in the fuse box, turned off the AC, and then powered everything back on and it worked for a day. Now its not working again and that trick doesnt seem to work. Its 80 in my house right now and I hate it. I have back sweat.

I need 75 or lower. To sleep I need 70 or lower.

FUCK!!!! FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its only a year old goddamnit.

I just tried more tricks and I got it to start spinning. So its already down to 79. Better keep going down to cool my ass off motherfucker.
Lets see if it lasts more than a day.

bullshit if you ask me.

Its your compressor, you probably just needs a hard start kit. Mine wasn't working here, a PSEG service guy a friend of my dad tossed one on mine and it works everytime now

And man 70 or lower to sleep? We keep ours running at 80 after 10:00 and 77 when we're home during the day. 85 when we're both at work.

Yeah dude I like it cold to sleep.

I have it set to 80 when I leave for work, then it changes to 75 by 3:30 so it cools down for when i get home at 5, then it changes to 70 at 11 for when i hit the sheets.

right now its back to 76 so i'm in business,
people are coming here to drink and order UFC so i'm glad its working again.

but i'll have to look into getting a compressor.
does someone have to do that for me?

Its not the whole compressor its just a kit you put in the wiring, its like 15 bucks. Yeah someone would have to do it though. Who knows those maybe it was just a one time thing. Ours was being a pain in the ass.

What I don't understand is how you have all these video games and no AC. You can't even get a window one for like $50?

If it turn my computer on for the summer, it'll beep at me because its overheating. I try not to play as much games when it is that bad, but atleast they dont beep at me. My dad says he'll get AC next summer...but I doubt it.

I wasn't talking about the over heating thing. I was just wondering that you are able to purchase all these video games and such yet no AC which seems a little odd. Your parents would rather get you a video game than an AC for the house?

im with you, i can't sleep when it is hot..we ended up getting one fo those 80$ window units just for the bedroom, that way we arent paying to cool the whole house all night. saves a pretty good amount of cash and ends up cooling it off mroe anyways.

an AC window unit may be around 100 bucks, but it will make your energy bill almost quadruple. i have one window unit and thats what it does to my bill.

I couldnt get it to come back on at all on sunday.
so it was 80 in my house all day. But I had fans blasting so I was ok.

I found one of those square box fans in my basement so I set that up on my dresser in my bedroom and had a cool breeze blowing on me all night. so it wasnt bad at all.

if i didnt find that then i would have been dying. It was still 80 when I went to bed. thats too damn hot.

Did you at least open your windows? I thought it was pretty damn nice outside yesterday.

I love it when its like this, AC is pretty much only on over here if its humid as shit out, I can usually just use my ceiling fans and my rotary fan in my bedroom. I also lived 2 years without good AC and I'm used to the elements from working.

FUCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCK
now my heat isnt working.
its 60 in here and i'm wearing a hoodie. my fingers. toes, and nose are ice cold.
the vents are blowing cool air out instead of hot. what the shit is wrong now.

this kinda shit pisses me off because i know nothing about it.
my house uses oil to work the heater. and i think theres still some in the tank since the little sensor thing on top is floating on something in there. but it just aint working.

christ if it goes below 60 then its gonna be a cold ass christmas this year.

Maybe it'll turn on as a christmas miracle. What sucks about the next few days, anyone you call out that isn't a favor is gonna rape you with a bill.

"Many Christmases ago, I went to buy a doll for my son. I reached for the last one they had, but so did another man. As I rained blows upon him, I realized there had to be another way."
"What happened to the doll?"
"It was destroyed. But out of that a new holiday was born... A Festivus for the rest of us!"
