Teacher's unions, do they do more harm than good?

Well they're good because they're a bunch of fat pigs, and they're good for bacon.

I'm having this fucking irritating issue with my mouse. When I'm not touching it the pointer has no problem staying in place but when I do it starts drifting left. This shit is driving me fucking crazy.

So this woman got kicked out of Lego Land this weekend and was crying discrimination and saying they kicked her out because she had tattoos. The thing is that one of them is of a naked Tinkerbell bent over using a light switch to get herself off. She acts like this is no big deal at all... You are in an area full of young children with a tattoo of a cartoon character committing a sex act on your leg. Like if it was just a tattoo of a topless lady that's one thing but man, come on.

Here is a link to an article on it, NSFW Picture on it http://ohellnawlblog.com/newohnblog/2012/04/26/mom-got-kicked-out-of-legoland-because-her-tattoo-had-tinkerbell-getting-it-from-the-back/

It's not even a good looking tattoo. I don't know why anyone would get that on them.

I don't know how anyone can get blatant pornography tattooed on their body and be shocked when they are asked to leave an area filled with children.

This isn't really related but it made me think of it.

When I went on a cruise a couple years, my wife and I were seated with this really religious family every night for dinner.
And we got to know them a little and we talked about what we were planning on doing or whatever else.

They started talking about seeing this girl with a big devil tattoo on her shoulder and other scary looking stuff on her back.
And they were saying how ugly it was and who would do that. Now maybe they meant because she's a girl but either way.... my wife and I just looked at each other and smiled because I have a big demon tattoo on my arm with tribal fire all around it and a cross with a skull on it on my other arm with tribal designs all around it. I didn't say anything though because I don't really give a shit what they think. Just thought it was funny.

The next day we saw them out at the pool and I had a sleeveless shirt on. I caught them looking at my tattoos and they probably felt stupid for what they said.
I guess I didn't look like the type who would do that when I was at dinner in my shirt and tie. haha

Eh, tattoos, either you like them or you don't. I think they'd be cool to have for a year or two but not for life because when you get old, it's just going to look like crap.

HAHAHAHAAHAH. Yeah I don't know if I would have said anything in that situation either. I do like that they saw the reveal later, that makes it better.

I never understod that argument. When I'm old I think I'll care even less about what I look like than I do now.

well maybe not by the time you are 40-45, which obviously tattoos can look a lot different by then. if i got one i would do my back and try to cover it almost completely. but i will never do it.

Well I liked the ending.

Why was it pointless?

My boss actually just watched through this entire series for the first time recently. She loved it. But as she was asking me tons of questions while going through the series, and she was going over points I had forgotten about, I saw a lot of holes in the story. The thing is, I don't even care. Lost was/is such a great ride. I love so many of the characters on that show more than I have cared for any other characters on anything I've ever tried to watch before. It's just a great cast.

As far as the ending, even if I hated the ending, which I don't, I would never let that take away the experience I had with the show leading up to that point. The fact is, I enjoyed nearly every stinking hour (there are a handful of stinkers), so regardless of what happened at the end, I wouldn't have let that ruin my entire experience.

LOST.

edit: BTW Nate, if you reply to my "why was it pointless", well, feel free too, but i will not continue the argument. We may say our pieces and be done with it.
