I was reading the youtube comments haha. I guess the guy was just irked that you brought on to talk about something PC related but wasn't really into PC games. I actually didn't think you guys talked very much about Balder's Gate at all on the show. You guys were just bullshitting about stuff.

Oh, and South Jersey says all sorts of things weird. It's true. I don't think it comes out as bad in your cartoons though. Just in the podcasts.

Yeah, well Randy picked the topics. I actually thought that myself, which is why I brought the Epic Mickey 2 topic with me. I figured I'd have a little something to add to that.

And the accent thing sucks I guess. Hahaha.

Your accents are awesome, Youtube is the shitting ground for the internet so they're bound to find something to hate.

I like how you guys say aboot.

I'm currently trying to talk to my kid in an aussie accent. I'll have to see if he picks it up. But it's going to take years of dedication. I'm not sure how long I can keep it up for. It's hard enough as it is trying to learn words to yell at him in German.

I say about, most Canadians say about. Aboot is a more a Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island accent. Nick can weigh in on this since he's actually been out east. I do say eh on occasion, I'll give you that!

It's not as prominent as aboot. That's just exaggerating it. But all Canadians I've heard talk says "about" in a Canadian manner.

Americans say about like ab-ow-t. the OW like in OUCH. But Canadians say it ab-ehou-t. It's weird. I don't think I explaining it very well by typing it. There's a subtle difference.

edit: Okay, I got it. It sounds more like a-boat.

Nate you're right about Soary, that's how I say it. I say it a lot too on account of being Canadian. :P
Yeah I just said 'about' ten times and I feel like I'm saying it with the OW sound, people with French as their first language say it more like ab-ehou-t. I can't speak a lick of French though. Bonjour, je suis Greg, tu est Tu. Aurevoir.

Aboot is much more prevalent out East. I don't here it very often in New Brunswick, I definitely hear it in Nova Scotia but I spend most of my time in a smaller town. The place that it is most common is definitely Newfoundland. I feel like a lot of Americans believe that all Canadians talk like Newfies but we definitely don't. "How a'boot that weadder, rite shitty dere eh by?" (a lot of Newfies frequently say "boy" but it comes out like "bye".

Also Greg saying "tu est Tu" is technically offensive to some french people. They use "vous" (both mean you but vous is plural) when they are speaking directly to 1 person as some kind of sign of respect.

Thanks for clarifying Nick, I strive to be as offensive to the French as possible. You da man.

It's only absurd in that you wish you had thought of the idea first.
