you know if she burns it down insurance will pay you whatever the replacement cost was when you bought it. im fukin praying that some tenant burns my shit down or blows it up. or that some "act of god" destroys it.

And Irate, I say the same thing all the time. As long as my family gets out and I can maybe have time to grab any cash in the house and my main computer, burn baby burn.

i use a duraflame fireplace electric heater upstairs in the room that has the thermostat, its costs 25cents an hour to run it. then at night when use another one a standing electric heater in our room. my 4bed room house runs us 200 bucks for gas and electgric a month. those things keep the room where in toasty, if i had kids id be paying more house stays at 68 which is fine for me and my girl

Same here, the minute Bobby came into the house, I had to cut out the cold temps especially at night. I used to let my thermostat shut down until 60 at night.

its officially not working. its getting colder in here despite me setting the temp higher. oh well. im not sweating it too much since im renting here. so it's a good learning process and i just want it taken care of before it gets dark out.

guy came and fixed it. cleaned a valve out and it turned back on. he said its too small for our house (not that this house is that large), and that its working constantly. idk. its working now.
