I couldn't stand all day, no way... that would kill my feet. I implemented a project in our warehouses and spent all day on my feet during that. My feet killed me every morning to the point where it took me half an hour to get up and get moving in the morning.
I sit on a decent high back cloth chair at work. I do tend to slouch a lot, but I try to get up and walk around the office or into the server room every couple of hours though.
At home I have an old ass fake leather chair that I need to replace. I've had it since college and reeks of farts pretty bad.
