The more I read, the more I feel like Joe Pa is getting thrown under the bus. This dude was buttfucking 10 year olds yet I'm hearing more in the media about how "Joe Pa should have done X" or "He should have done Y" Look this guy reported a rumor. What is he going to do, beat the dude to death with a baseball bat? "Oh he should have called the cops" Seriously for all he knew this kid could have been making up a rumor to get the coach fired, he's known this guy a while and doesn't want to tarnish his colleagues rep over what may be a rumor so he reports it so the school can do an internal investigation.

Also since they fired this guy it means that EVERYONE should go. Whoever he reported it to should be gone especially quickly.

It's about school rep. Parents aren't going to like having anyone associated with the scandel still being there and if parents don't want to send their kids to the school, that's going to affect bottom line. Money.

Sucks to see him go out this way. I'm not a Penn State fan but this whole thing is just sad.

btw, what about McQueary (guy that witnessed it and current assistant coach)? Does he still have a job? Not many people are talking about the fact that he did nothing. It almost comes off as a head hunt for Paterno if they don't completely clean house.

The evidence sure seems damning, but nothing has been proven yet. If Sandusky would somehow be proven innocent, then WTF?

Yea how can Paterno go into a new recruits home and convince his parents to let him come to Penn St. I know he had nothing to do with it but really he is the face of Penn St and this all went down with him running the show.

I do feel bad how he goes out like this. I hate Penn St but the man is a legend and bc his assistant coach is a fucking disgusting creep he gets fired.

I can't imagine there not being a clean sweep. It almost has to be done, anyone who was involved with the school and any part of this mess should not have a job anymore. Its a school, and little boys were getting raped at a state university, thats got to be a first.

something shady is going on up there.

the DA who investigated sandusky in 98 and didnt charge him with anything has been missing for awhile now. His car was abandoned and his laptop was found in a lake to messed up to get any information off it. He is presumed dead.......weird

If the media hadn't been calling him out for the past few days, there's no way he would be fired. The entire town of State College is completely crazy for the guy, i completely believe they're rioting. My sister lives there. She's coming to visit me this weekend and I can't wait to hear the stories.

espn just had two callers and there is cops out there in riot gear but none of the students are getting out of hand. Just doing chants we want Joe.

Yeah everyone will go, the president is also gone, and the guys Paterno reported it to will probably go to jail actually for lying to the grand jury haha...Idiots.
