We've got a box of Twix here at work. It goes really quick so you have to horde it.

Welllllllllllllll its a little too early. I've been indulging ever since she brought it home.

Twix, Take 5, Peanut M&M's, Peanut Butter M&M's, Reese's Pieces. Going to town.
As Dante WOULDN'T say, I've been housing candy lately.

I've been offering free housing to candy bars myself!

Hahaha I've gotten really good at ignoring candy bars. Usually because I feel like shit afterward.

Ever since we moved into our house Dem has bought an insane amount of Halloween candy that we never go through. This year she bought a ton of candy when we had a party for the girls. I told her we should just save that candy for Halloween because I wasn't eating it and that shit lasts forever. She SORT OF agreed to it. Well a few days later she comes home from BJs with these monster boxes of king size candy bars. Fucking Baby Ruths, Crunch Bars, Butterfinger. All that shit.

I look at them every morning.

I haven't gotten any trick or treaters the past 2 years that I've actually stayed home. I don't think I'm buying any candy this year. Maybe I'll go out to the bar that night just to be sure.

Go for it. I'll hand you a whole box of shit.

I think I might throw whole handfuls at kids this year if we don't get a lot of them. I can't have that stuff in the house.

I did that once and then we ran out. So last year I did less and we had a bunch leftover.
I can't win.

Actually I guess I win when there's leftovers.

Typically I am the one buying the candy lately, so I buy stuff that I like and if it is leftover, well :D That said, I really have been good this year. I mean, I have had this same bag of reese's pieces since Feburary and it is only just now half empty, and that is the only stuff I have eaten all year in terms of candy (well, I guess you need to include a couple of the cupcakes that Shannon has made for the different parties).

I bought some reeses miniatures tonight. Even if kids do come they'll get a tiny piece of candy which will hopefully make them not come back next year.

of all the candies i've been craving, sour skittles is at the top of my list these days. I buy that shit almost everyday.

I horde my Reese's PB cups, as there's only one shop in Shanghai where I can easily find them.

Damn I love me some Halloween Candy.

Made a Ninja Turtle pumpkin last night.

Of course it didn't come out quite how I imagined it. It's weird, on every pumpkin I've carved so far the more you shave down the inside the better the light will shine through the skin of the pumpkin. This pumpkin must have had the thickest skin or something because the light refused to shine through right.

He also used to have pupils to look more like the cartoon TMNT but I removed them because they didn't look as good.

I had the same problem with my pumpkin last year phil, you know what I ended up doing?

I took the lighting fixture from one of those plastic pumpkins like you buy @ Target and put that in there instead. I had to carve out a hole in the back and ran the wire through, but it ended up working really well. I have a bunch of them lying around for this year.

Thats a good idea Steve. If I go to Target before I carve up my next one I'll check it out.

We had our family Halloween party last night. I was this

My costume was already falling apart by that point. It worked out okay. The legs didn't really work out too well but ah well. My goal of making it for under 20 bucks was accomplished.
