I'm thinking 99% of the protesters don't even know what they're protesting about. Ugh, the hate the hippy hipsters!!! :AKJSDA:SLKDJAS god damn it all is right.

I listened to that Anonymous message again, and i tear up every time it gets to "You are paper tigers, and we are a scorching wildfire." Idk why, but that line is just very poetic to me.

What ARE they protesting? Bringing awareness that Wall Street is full of greedy fat cats? Everyone knows that, whats their plan to fix this mess? Do they have one?

They're just there for the scene MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!
Its like a big party. They're playing drums and singing. Eating and not showering.
As soon as it gets really cold, that crowd will disappear. They're lucky its been pretty goddamn nice out.

yes..that. the fukin stupid procedures they put in place with this assembly shit are worse then the stupid rules and procedures in our government. it pisses me off to no end. makes the whole thing look ridiculous when it is actually incredibly important. i hate to take a quote from a movie for something like this, but "People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people." The only thing we have on them is numbers, they have a few thousand, we have 300 million. It might be mutiny, but as far as I am concerned, it is justified. and videos like this..just make it all look ridiculous.

First of all, the Financial Crisis happened in 2008 and these people decide to protest now? Second, Walking around Wallstreet beating drums and singing songs isn't going to accomplish anything. How about these people boycott all these companies that shipped the majority of American jobs overseas? That might actually accomplish something. Maybe then the US government will lower corporate tax rates so companies WON'T be forced to ship those jobs overseas. These people fail to realize that the Government is to blame, NOT Wallstreet. The US Government is responsible for the majority of polices that caused the financial crisis in the first place.

I honestly think people are genuinely afraid to go up against the government. Given their track record over the past few years with civil liberties, can you really blame them? The financial institutions are an easier target. Personally I agree with you JW, the government allowed all of this to happen and they have reaped the benefits as much as any of the financial companies. We need a refresh.

I think one of my favourite parts of this is the whole "We're gonna take our taxpayer land back, seize what the gov't has taken from us, seize power, occupy public space" shit yet they are on private land that is open to the public, which in turn is probably one of the few reasons this hasn't been shut down.
