How do i cancel PLUS?
I remember seeing something when I signed up that said it would auto-renew if I didn't cancel it.

If you dudes missed it, lots of PS+ downloads went up yesterday. Altered Beast, Plants vs Zombies, Jet Moto for PS1, Astro Tripper and Bashi Blocks.

I used to think Jet Moto looked fucking terrible back in the day. I'm actually looking forward to playing it. Perhaps it will have secretly been good all along.

I loved Jet Moto 2, but I don't remember if it was actually any good.

The Last Guardian is NOT scheduled to be at TGS this year. That game is never coming out.

I've given up on being excited about it. It's taken an entire console generation for it to come out. I think there were screen shots of this game before the PS3 was even on shelves. At this rate we'll know what PS4 is and looks like before we even play it. I honestly don't know how this team has this much freedom. Like seriously, what the fuck? They've made 2 games in about 10 years and neither of them were commercial successes. How do they do it? It just doesn't even make sense. Not that it's a bad thing, I love their games, but I just don't understand how they continue to operate.

I played Astro Tripper last night. Fucking terrible. I feel bad for anyone that paid money for that.

Yeah I saw that too. I'm assuming it has something to do with when they were down.

That's so retarded. So basically if that happens again and some jackass gets a hold of everyone's credit card info and ass rapes them then you can't sue Sony for not fixing an obvious glaring issue?

What if my PS3 malfunctions and blows up in my face?

apparently there's also an opt out clause, but you have to submit it to them in writing.
what a pain in the dick.

I think if your Playstation blows up in your face that would be a different story. All I know is I didn't even read the stupid clause and just accepted it. Whatever. Damage has been done, my CC info is no longer attached to my account and thats it.

Also, I tried to download the Renegade Ops demo and my fridge is full. I really need to pop that new HDD I have laying around in there. Just gonna be such a hassle. :|

Yeah that was surprising! If it wasn't an RPG I'd be all about it, but I'm sure that thing is too beastly a game for me.

I need to get through at least one traditional JRPG this generation of consoles. Think this is gonna be the one for me.

Actually, you can still opt out of the class action clause. It has a 30 day period from when it was given to you, even if you said accept, you accepted the fact that you have 30 days to opt out by sending a certified letter to the address given saying that you opt out of the clause. Slashdot covered that yesterday. You may need to keep copies of the letter, and a copy of the fact that Sony received the letter so you have proof to bring later if you want to join or start a class action.

That said, the class will be pretty small since I bet way too many people will not bother or even know. But that also raised the question of whether or not a child can accept this clause since in many cases, those are the people who are getting the notification, not the parents, so there is a lot of wiggle room, but it would be one heck of a court battle now that the Supreme Court ruled that state and local laws do not trump the 1926 commerce act regarding contracts being able to sign away rights to have a dispute settled in court as a class action. I am sure that once the full ramifications of this become present, it will change, since the court system will not be able to handle dealing with a million separate court disputes by customers against the same corporation all for the same exact reason, that was the reason for class suits to begin with....
