This thread is for the ladies... all three of us. This is the place to say whatever things the guys wouldn't have interest in, such as: liking the Harry Potter movies for reasons other than plot, Seeker chick you know what I'm talking about, or the newest out fit you just bought that makes you look uber hot(aimayli by the way has a way cool fashion sense). Whatever! If it's girly, or even just coming from a girl, it's cool here. So unless your a girl or want to talk about girly things, don't bother because you'll be bored out of your bleeping mind.

So what do I want to talk about with the chicks? Well I may already know what one girl is being for halloween, but I would like to see it written anyway. I am going to be a witch, boring, I know, but right now I'm poor and I have the supplies, plus I thought about being sailor Mars again, but I tried on the costume and I felt like a ugly sasauge, so I nixed that idea. So anyway if it's not a secret let the cat out of the bag already.

Hi Anerdgirl! I finally figured who you are. Okay okay, I'm slow...

I am currently watching "The look for Less" on the style channel. They pair up a clueless girl with a gay or female fashion designer and send them off on a mission to find an outfit based on a $1500 outfit that's been put together on the runway. They have to spend $150 or less in under an hour.

The host of the show is Yoanna, who won America's Next Top Model, Season Two. I once got sucked into watching that show for four hours straight, so I feel that I've invested emotionally in that Yoanna girl. :)

I love The Look for Less, though Yoanna gets on my nerves. I don't remember her being that hyper on America's Next Top Model. I watch Style pretty much all the time, when I'm not watching 24 or Ghost Hunters.

My Halloween Costum came in the mail last night......I was so excited. It wasn't supposed to come in unitl today and it got here early. I was running around in it for an hour last night. I even went down and showed my Aunt and Uncle who live in the downstairs portion of the house. I can't wait for Halloween, I need to go and get eyelashes at CVS and a pair of cheep black high heels. But other than that....I'm all set!! How about you guys?

hahhahahhahah, I knew you'd figure it out sooner or later, aimayli.

I like the look for less too, I don't really have an opionion about the host. She's pretty but I can see where she's annyoing. I like that one other show on there a lot too... I can't think of the name of. It involves usually two girls who know the girl who is going to get made over and a fashion designer and together they trash her wardrobe and get her a new one. Then the girl who gets made over has to choose one of the three new wardrobes and new harstyles.

I can't wait for halloween either, I'm so excited. It's my favorite holiday of the whole year. October is the best month and not just becuase thats when I'm getting married to the best guy in the world, I just like the smell in the air and the bite on the wind. Love it, love it, love it. November is cool too because of thanks giving and beuase that is when Goblet of Fire is coming out. Then there is December and thats great beucase of Christmas, and I love wrapping gifts while listening to holiday music. It's so fun and festive.

Hi girls! I like your avatar Anerdgirl. Did you ever watch the musical? If you have, let me know if it's worth seeing.

Last night, I got sucked into watching America's Next Top Model AGAIN. VH1 ran seven hours of it back to back. It became like a soap opera. This time, when it came down to the last two contestants, I was surprised about the winner, as I was so sure it was going to be the other one. Anyway, watching that show stirs alot of modelling envy in me, I must admit.

I don't have a costume for Halloween. The thing is, all my friends have left Maryland (therefore, no Halloween party to attend, etc) I don't see any point in dressing up unless it is to plant myself at the front door and scare all the little trick or treaters, the poor things. :P

Back to STYLE network, Girls.

Actually let's just talk about our favorite stores.

My current favorite stores because I'm on a rather tight budget: :(

Forever 21
Charlotte Russe
Express when it's their Fall sale

yours?

When I have money, or when my Husband gives me my credit card for the store, New York and Comapny. I had to give it to him...I was racking up quite a bill there for a while!! Oh well, other than that I love DEB and Aeropostale. I just bought the cutest fall jacket and some t-shirts from Aero, LOVE THEM!! Mandies has some good stuff in there too!!

Aero sucks, I refuse to buy anymore clothes from there. Their clothes fall apart after like 3 washes. Plus I don't like wearing the same thing someone else is wearing and a lot of people wear Aero. I like AE but I see too many people wearing that as well so I kind of stopped buying stuff from there. I guess if you look at it, it is pretty hard to find unique clothes.

I have to agree that I don't like the clothes at Areo for guys...they do look the same. They seem to have targeted girls more in that store...that probably why I like it so much. Not to mention the fact that they have monkeys all over their shirts and socks. I love monkeys!!!

I've never get anything from AE, I almost went in there the other day, but I went to the GAP instead. What a waste of time that turned out to be.

Areo has some cute stuff but it's a bit to preppy for my tastes. I'll shop anywhere as long as I can afford it and the stuff is cute. My favorite shop right now is H & M. They have uber cute clothes for guys and girls, and it's affordable. I hate liz Claiborne because I worked for the company for so long and most of the cloathes are fuddy duddy, but their jewlry is awsome.

On a side note, no, I haven't seen Wicked yet, but it is soming to philadelphia in march, and I am deffinitly going to see it. I have the soudtrack and I know it by heart. I even sing along to it on the top of my lungs when I am in my car by myself.

I wanna see The Wedding Singer play starring Stephen Lynch as Robbie Hart but that doesnt open until spring time I think.

H&M is great. Fun fun clothes. Once, I was out all night partying and then i had to go to work the next day but i was still wearing my work clothes so what i did was go to H&M FIRST Thing in the morning and just bought a whole new outfit just in time for work. ah the vanities of women. in retrospect, no one at work would have noticed, i think.

what's so great about the wedding singer? i don't think i want to watch the play. maybe Wicked. though I really just want to watch the movie Proof, anyone saw that yet?

The Wedding Singer is one of my all time favs. It's so funny and the music in it is great. How can you not love a movie with Billy Idol in it?
