So I had another doc appointment for my back last night. My family doc told me this guy would probably give me injections and to see how they do.

Well turns out this guy doesn't really think the injections are going to do anything. He said I can get them, but it might not be worth it. He pretty much left with me with two options. 1. Talk to a spinal surgeon and eventually get surgery. It would be a spinal fusion where they put metal clamps around the bottom vertebra that's messed up. Or 2. Get in the best shape of my life and hope that my strengthened core and back muscles would help balance it.

I can't get surgery right now nor do I want surgery right now. So somehow I have to figure out how to get into the best shape of my life when I barely have time to do anything else right now other than work and change diapers. :(

YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

put lead diapers on the girls. Do arm curls with them before throwing them out.

Its not very big, I never wanted to go into my basement and use it though. I signed up for a gym at the old Woodbury bowling alley thats really nice for 10 bucks a month.

Would you really sell it to me or was John joking? Maybe I can put in my garage and just use it in there. I'd do a gym but I know for a fact I would never go.

Yeah, you can have it if you want, I have to look for the instructions and the lifting chart. I honestly never got a good workout on it, not sure if its because its a total knockoff Bowflex or not but I've tried home gyms before and feel like the only time I get a good workout feeling is leaving a real gym.

Threw my back out yesterday picking up a pack of chicken at the super market haha.

Definitely not as bad as usual, but that initial pain when you throw it out hurts pretty bad.

Man all my shit pops. Both sides of my jaw pop, both of my shoulders click like mad. My knees and ankles do the same and my wrists and neck do it sometimes too.

There was a bowling alley in Woodbury? I don't think I have ever been there. I know of the one out on Rt 45, and the one up in Brooklawn... But never knew of one in Woodbury. I mean, I am racking my brain, but I still can't even remember going there even as a kid for birthdays, or scouts, or summer whatever thingies.

Holy shit man, I feel like I'm 60 years old right now. My upper right back is so stiff right now. I don't know how the hell this even happened! The only thing I can think of is me having to hold the baby all day. I've never been like this before. I can barely move right now. That's it man, after this week. I'm hitting the gym every day. I need to get back into shape.

Mid to lower back is killing me right now, I took a hard dive surfing yesterday.

Basically the board nose dived into the water, hit the sand, then i proceeded to land on the back (thin).

i've been laying on my back, with my legs up horizontal against a wall and that feels fine.

I don't know if I slept odd or what, but I have a bit of lower back pain and a lot of hamstring pain that seems to be related to my back. It feels a bit like sciatica sounds, except it's both sides of my body. Any time I put any forward stress on my back (like bending my neck forward to look down), I get pain in my hamstring area. It's not a terribly sharp pain, but man is it annoying. I can't sit comfortably at my desk today because my screen is not quite eye level so I keep looking down.

Yesterday for the first day since last Friday, the pain in my lower back finally went away. I know for a fact I slept weird that night, as I woke up in one hell of a strange position with a shooting pain in my lower back. I was real glad yesterday when I woke up that it was gone, and even happier today that it looks like it is really gone (I didn't want to do anything yesterday to cause it aggravation, and was still even tentative today, but I had to move an old school 24" monitor today that weight 90lbs, and didn't have any problems).
