Who the hell goes around keying people's windows? I can see someone wanting to break into your car for something and smashes the window but just keying it? What the hell is the point of that? It's not like it's even a good car. They're just doing it to be dicks. Could I be arrested if I purposely put a bunch of twenties in my car and hide in a bush until someone comes and tries to break into my car and then I smash their skulls in with a baseball bat? Or at least break their knee caps? I would be dressed like Batman of course.

But seriously that sucks man, I can sympathize, some asshole hit and ran my car while it was parked so now my awesome Mini has a giant dent with a fair bit of red paint on it. People in general are a bunch of mutants. As for the batman vigilantism... I wouldn't be able to convict you if I was in the jury.
