it wasnt a mistake, i actually enjoy defending them but i thought you were gonna be like this other dude on the Smorg named Ryan who will fight with someone about anything. That was just my counter post to yours, I dont want an argument either. My response was just long. I like both shows too but just O&A's a lot more.

and jackie is hilarious. i cant believe they let him get away.
i mean yeah artie is great but you dont even know how much shit jackie did behind the scenes. he used to pass howard lines to say during the show.

they play jackie on raw dog throughout the day, his stand-up is so goddamn funny. if anyone hears about him playing in the area, please post something. i listened to 'Hot Dogs & Donuts' for the first time during a car-ride to Newark Airport (from South Jersey) with my wife (then girlfriend) and her parents. It was the most hysterically akward 2 hours of my life, I could barely breathe.

so dice was on howard again yesterday. this guy is an idiot. he had a shtick with dirty nursery rhymes, and now its over. in fact, its been over for ever and he doesn't get it. though im sure he still has some fans out there...like that 50 year old idiot i saw in the street yesterday dressed like he was from Poison circa 1983.

I know this isnt the O&A topic, but now that they're back on regular radio... there is something about Opie's voice (I think it's opie) that really just gets under my skin. I refuse to believe he really speaks like that all the time.

Also, yesterday they revealed their new found friend IMUS. I'm sorry, if you openly admit your friends with Imus (and most likely just to spite Stern) you lose points in my book. This is a friendship only formed for the sake of not liking Stern. These guys are Stern clones, so why would Imus like them and not Stern? Makes no sense to me.

I'm sure once I listen for a bit I'll begin to like O&A a little more, just like I did with Kidd Chris, but these guys have a few things against them already in my book.

i dont know what you think is weird about opies voice. i always thought he sounded like a normal guy thats a reason i like them and not fake voice people like bubba and countless others.

do you even listen to Imus? Yeah I know his show isnt a comedy show but Stern haters hate him because Stern does. Howard basically shit on Imus and then became the exact character he portrays him to be in his movie Private Parts. What he made the actor playing Imus do to him in the movie is what he actually did to Opie & Anthony in real life.
They play clips from Imus' show when he messes with them and its actually funny. I was an Imus hater too back in the day but just because Stern made fun of him. And they have been friends with him for a while. Back in the 90s, Anthony used to tool on Howard and Imus doing their voices and completely trashing them. Guess which one took the joke and which one couldnt take the joke? Its not because they both dont like Stern.... thats just also something that they can talk about.
And I cant believe you used the Stern clones line. STERN CLONES!! That is straight out of Howard's mouth. Man you really are one of those Stern zombies that thinks he invented everything including talking on the radio about "RACY" subjects. If thats ripping off someone than it definitely goes back before Stern.

Thats like saying L-3 rips off Lockheed Martin because they are both in the defense contractor business but Lockheed Martin was doing it first. Howard is not the only one in the world allowed to do (gay term coming up).... shock jock radio.

Jeff they do that almost every day on Bubbas show. He calls it shocking the puss. I listen during Breuer commercials. And if there is a person with a fake radio voice it is bubba but i listen to him anyway cuz his show cracks me up. The other day it sounded like he was about to cry cuz hogan might move to Miami. He said on stern yesterday that he would take a bullet for him before tony stewart cuz those are the two guys hes obsessed with.
