his voice is so fake but i always have to do the phone number part when he says it. its funny just because his voice.
its probably not fake, he probably just talks like that.... it might just be a coincidence that he sounds like stereotypical radio DJ man.

stern's job is to get ratings and sell airtime. he's no fool in that reguard.

i've heard about how stern treated O&A behind closed doors, but i don't know the whole story. however, what's funny is that he's currently supporting them despite the fact they're ripping on him all day long.

yeah, apparently bubba's been "shocking the puss" for a while now. arty makes fun of it all the time and its great.

The one thing I know for certain is that IMUS SUCKS. He has always sucked, sucks now, and will continue to suck for the rest of his entire life. Regardless of what Opie and Anthony say, the ONLY reason IMUS associates himself with them is because of their mutual hate for Stern. And yes, I've listened to IMUS before and hated every second of it.

one bit that howards been playing alot is those phone calls that some guy does to some crotchety old bar tender (like in the simpons). there's so many of them, but there's a few where the bartender gets it and goes, "im gonna cut your belly open and show you all the black stuff in there." Haha i heard it today and it was awesome. The noises they were making it sounded like they were getting killed. And i put on O&A during double commercials and caught it right before they went to a break.

may be A reason but not the SOLE reason.
ah well i heard some funny stuff O&A played before.
it could be 5 minutes out of his whole show but i still laughed.
anthony's imus talking to real imus is awesome.

scott graham is another guy with fake radio (or TV) voice.
his is just ridiculous and doesnt even look like it should come out of him, if you see him on TV.

i actually just havent heard his show much.
i probably would like it though... just his voice is annoying to me.
i heard he does a lot with girls and strippers and that kinda bores me after the 100th time. and how he thinks he's a badass.
but i know he has wrestlers on the show a lot and talks about WWE on occasion so thats kinda cool. O&A used to do that but like most wrestling fans, they dont watch it anymore these days and dont care.

What he made the actor playing Imus do to him in the movie is what he actually did to Opie & Anthony in real life.
They play clips from Imus' show when he messes with them and its actually funny. I was an Imus hater too back in the day but just because Stern made fun of him. And they have been friends with him for a while. Back in the 90s, Anthony used to tool on Howard and Imus doing their voices and completely trashing them. Guess which one took the joke and which one couldnt take the joke? Its not because they both dont like Stern.... thats just also something that they can talk about.
And I cant believe you used the Stern clones line. STERN CLONES!! That is straight out of Howard's mouth. Man you really are one of those Stern zombies that thinks he invented everything including talking on the radio about "RACY" subjects. If thats ripping off someone than it definitely goes back before Stern.

Thats like saying L-3 rips off Lockheed Martin because they are both in the defense contractor business but Lockheed Martin was doing it first. Howard is not the only one in the world allowed to do (gay term coming up).... shock jock radio.

I didn't think I said anything to bad. I used the phrase Stern Clone because it's true. There is a difference between talking about racy things, and the way the material is presented. DLR spoke about racy things too, but he's no where in the same league as Howard and O&A. In that sense, O&A have bit off of the Stern formula, and you know, you can't deny it. They were big fans of the show back in the day, and I'm positive it was a great influence to them. Am I saying it's a rip off? No, but Stern did pave a way for how many radio shows flow.

As for being a "Stern Zombie" (which is ironically probably straight from O&A's mouth) if that were true, I'd have Siruis, and I don't. Speaking of which, that comment is coming from someone who claims to be in an army!

Anyway, I understand your frustration. I get bent out of shape when people trash Nintendo, so you always want to defend what you love. I don't hate O&A, heck, maybe I'll end up liking them. I'm just stating how I feel about them for now, that's all.

I started liking them both at the same time. But i would always listen to OA b/c it was around the time i was going to work at golld ol webers haha. But then they left and i started workin in the monring and started to like stern and 610. so now i like the both of them more the OA b/c i havent heard them in forever and there is no time for 3 morning radio hows while driving to work. So im a zombie

me and scott jsut watched the one of the funniest things ever. He paid for the stern ondemand thing and its got this 17 min clip of artie hammered in vegas. Dude its awesome. Stern said today he has gotten a offer to go back to regular radio like OA but turned it down. He said he would do it just to get back at CBS i guess but said he wouldnt do it b/c he would be miserable or some shit. Artie said he hopes he would do it b/c he would have to change they way hes been talking for 5 months
