yeah i had thought about refi, but i dont plan on being in my house more then another 5 yrs.

I don't know what I want to do. I have nothing keeping my in my house, but I don't know where I'd move to. I have enough land where I can build a nice addition off the back of my house and still have a big back yard. The taxes are a bit high here, but new jersey blows and theres nothing you can do about it. If I stay here for 5 years, I'll recoup all of that back in savings. I doubt I'm moving in the next 5 years anyway so I guess I'm alright. Buying a house blows, the next time I buy a house I wanna buy it with a bag of cash with a dollar sign printed on the front of it.
