Yes, she was going to turn him in but he talked her out of it. Now she feels like the worst cop ever because she's finding out he was the Bay Harbor Butcher.
She tried to "cure" him but that only lasted a couple episodes and now she's convinced that the justice system is fucked and Dexter saved a lot of lives over the years.
Its not bad. But its not that great either. I can't believe there's still one more season. This seems like it should end with this storyline.

Yeah, it would be better if it ended this season. Although I am assuming the entire next season is him getting caught. Sine it looks like this season is all Titus and Yvonne.

My friend at work that got me into this show says this season is really good too, especially after how awful last season was.
