Decent enough finale. Not great but enjoyable, which is pretty much my feelings on the show as a whole.
I guess they are setting up next season as Jimmy and Eli trying to take down Nucky.

It was cool seeing all the big gangsters all in one scene together.
Nucky Thompson, Jimmy Darmody, Lucky Luciano, Arnold Rothstein, Al Capone and Johnny Torrio.

I hope Season 2 has more Chalky White. Michal K Williams is criminally underused in this show.

I thought it was pretty good. I was expecting a little more action, but they are definitely building to some awesome shit. Chalky is going to do something crazy and I am going to love it.

based on how this episode was, i see a race war coming with chalky killing a lot of white folks

the "such a waste of a good tablecloth" line killed me.

oh also how about that super awkward moment when jimmys wife and mom were talking "i used to kiss his little winky"

i was uncomfortable for a few minutes after that one.

ahahahahaha!! well considering that she was like 12 when jimmy was born, it makes sense that they are all fucked up. i mean she is more like a sister then a mom. still creepy as shit, but i guess if you were raped by an old man when you are 11, and have his kid.. you are going to be really fucked up.

i think it would be a safe bet that some inappropriate shit has gone on with them. i mean think about when she set up luciano for jimmy and she just hung around all naked in front of him and it didnt phase him..that and the kissing him on the lips shit. its all creepy.

i caught a few minutes of this the other night while i was at my hotel. some guy was walking around in the woods and was missing an eyeball, and some other guy got beat in the head by an old guy with a cane. it looked good from what i could tell.

This season is getting intense! If anyone saw last night's episode all the protegés (Lucky, Meyer, Jimmy) got together and made their own pact in the middle of the woods. Heroin is on it's way to Atlantic City, any takers for who's going to OD? And I can't wait for The Rise of Chalky White. He's been laying low since his family dinner and I want to see what he's going to use that sharpened stick for. George Remus is a jackass.

I wasn't that into this new episode but the end was pretty great.
I've been calling for more Chalky since the first episode he appeared in. He doesn't get enough screen time. Hope that changes.

The whole Margaret/Owen thing was kinda meh. It was a good transition ep, building up to something hopefully. Chalky's prison scene is still my fave scene of Season 2. I think the reason he hasn't really done too much is because he's more or less obedient to Nucky, and since Nucky has been on the defensive since the start Chalky's been pretty much waiting around for the OK. Which he got in that preview.
