I recently finished watching Voyager. The last season was pretty weak. But I enjoyed the rest.

Also, The Newsroom was awesome.

Yeah I liked it a lot. Jeff Daniels was great.
It was really intense at the end. I was biting my fingernails and didn't realize it. haha

i started watching troll hunter last night, but had to take a break cuz i was getting sleepy. ill try to watch moye tonight. its downright silly.

It's so good though, I love it.

After finishing trailer park boys I've been bouncing around trying to find another show to get into. The same friend that recommended that also recommended Peep Show.
It's a british comedy that floats between inner monologue and regular sitcom stuff. It's 2 roomates in their day to day life. They're allowed to swear, but there's no nudity. Some of the inner monologue stuff is pretty funny, but overall it's nothing special.

After watching a few episodes of that, netflix recommended Spaced. It stars Simon Pegg and some chick that pretend to be married or some shit to get an apartment. I've only watched 2 episodes and it's not too bad, but doesn't seem to showcase Pegg's talent as well as his movies.

Stick with Spaced man, it's fuckin great. I'll also recommend anything by Graham Linehan.

So I gave into that $30 Amazon deal for the Alien Anthology on Bluray. I started watching the making of Alien. It's pretty interesting. I only watched about half of it. It's pretty long and that was only for Alien. The coolest part was where they got the design of the alien from. It's from this European artist named Giger. He came up with some pretty demented shit and it's all got sexual undertones to it. Like just a ton of things going into vaginas. He pretty much came up with the look of the alien before Alien. Ridley Scott saw that and said that's it, that's the Alien.

Giger is nuts. He did the art for this adventure game me and my friends used to play when we were kids. Totally not cool for kids to play, but this was back in the day when the worst shit you saw in videogames was mortal kombat. Parents had no idea.

Also nate, any 90s point and click games were creepy as fuck, scratch that, 80s/90s PC games were wacky.

i just finished season 1. i still like it. i want to fuck MLP bad enough to watch the show if it gets worse.

yeah giger would paint "aliens" before the movie even existed. that was just how he painted and like tu says ridley scott adapted that into the design of alien.

I watched Aliens last night and I enjoyed the holy shit out of it.... It's amazing how well the effects still hold up to this day. Cameron sure knows what he's doing.

I've been watching season 2 of the avatar cartoon. I wasn't a big fan of the first season and put off watching season 2 for a few months. I didn't really get why everyone loved this show, but figured I'd keep watching anyway. Season 2 is pretty awesome. Lots of kickass action and cool shit happening constantly, much better than the boring kids show that was season 1.

well they had to build the characters in season 1. i still liked it, but you are correct, the other seasons are better.

just finished season 3 of weeds. still diggin it.
