That's fantastic. You think the crazy face is the end then you spot the pin and it's even better.

Surprise surprise, there is an even more gigantic circle pad pro for the 3DS XL. People seem pretty negative about it but there was one very good point raised. It makes games that involve extensive use of the touch screen and a circle pad much easier for lefties.

It's really a weird thing. I can understand not wanting to segment the market and staying true to the same design as the 3DS itself, but yeah, this is a head scratcher.

I heard that because of the way the CPP works that it's not a matter of just tacking one onto the system. I wish I could remember the post (I saw it on GAF) but when the CPP is in use it's using one of the 3DS's system features or some shit, so games that are programmed to use it are looking for it that way, and not the way read the other buttons. I know this makes no sense and I wish I could remember the exact post, but it made some sense.

I'm looking forward to playing Fire Emblem Feb 4th. The demo comes out on the Eshop on Jan 17th. I've never played them but started messing around with the Wii one on Thursday. I couldn't decide if I was going to purchase that or just wait for the 3DS version.

Anyone else getting Luigi's Mansion when it comes out this week? Getting pretty pumped up about it!

I'm glad that time has been good to the original Luigi's Mansion. That game got a lot of hate when it was released and you know what? It's awesome. History has proven those people wrong.

As a Ghostbusters fan, which I know you are, you kind of owe it to yourself to play Luigi's Mansion. Best Ghostbusters game ever. And hopefully it gets better with this one.

I threw it in the Wii a week or so ago to release some hype build-up. It's a damn good game, and one of the reasons I had to jump on the Gamecube so early in it's life.

Yeah that was my day 1 purchase. Picked that over Rogue Leader. Though I was tempted to go back to the store and get Rouge Leader after watching my brother play his copy.

Rogue Leader was a good game. I actually spent the time to get gold medals for everything. I played that one to the end.

Played for an hour. It's really cool. A bit of an adjustment not having the second stick, but not bad to get the hang of.

Two big things they added to catching the ghosts are the meter and the signs of when Luigi is about to be dragged. In the first game when the ghosts drag Luigi you kind of have a hard time judging when you're going to cut from the ghost and take damage. In this one when his feet drag he'll leave a red trail behind him and then take the damage, so you know when to release the vacuum. Also when you suck there is the new meter that has you hit the A button to actually suck up the object as opposed to doing it automatically. This also acts as a release for ghosts that have a large amount of health.

Graphics are pretty awesome even though Luigi's model is nowhere near as nice as the model in the Gamecube one. He's still looks great though and the animation is awesome. I love it.

I only did the first two missions, but it has already had me smiling.

I played through the first mansion so far. It's really great. I can't wait to try out the Scarescraper with Louie today at work.

I had 40 bucks in reward zone cash so I preordered DK Country 3ds and Animal Crossing. Donkey Kong got shipped out the other day, and it came with a download code for Mario Lost Levels.

Cool Story huh?

Nice. I so want to double dip on DKCR. Maybe if I see it for 20 dollars or less I'll go for it. The game is that good.
