I know no one here cares about GC anymore, but we're recording tonight. Thoughts on Ikaruga are welcomed.

I liked the demo I played on XBL years ago :D

The worst part is, I may actually read this.

It's still a good podcast and I like listening to it. It's just usually I'm not into playing any of those games, or am busy playing another game.

It's also totally cool that you guys moved to EG to get more listeners/feedback, but stopping the announcement threads/nerdlogs was a bit of a death sentence for discussion on here.

Thanks, glad you still enjoy it.

But it was already pretty dead here anyway. First two episodes had pretty good feedback and then it fell apart quickly.

I played some Gamecube Ikaruga at my cousins when I was younger. I don't think I ever got past the second level. I remember it being pretty hard but maybe that was just me being an impatient kid.

That whole polarity thing is a pretty great idea though. I remember it kind of tripping my out at first, I'd try to dodge absolutely everything coming at me lol.

Sorry dudes, I'm gonna have to pass this week. Got distracted doing other stuff last week, and now the siren song of Gears of War 3 has caught me. Have fun doing it up tonight.

AHAHAHAHAAHH that Mr.Show kills me. I love David Cross.

Where is the show by the way. Is there a link? Can someone post a link to it?

my favorite part about shatterhand may be the music. it really captures the mood of the game and gets me pumped up.

Well I went and listened to the music for you at least, I didn't know this was on the dreamcast originally?

The music listened too outside of the game gets kind of repetitive, but after watching youtube videos I wonder what the game is called that's similar to this, it used to be in arcades were you pick a certain ship and get certain power ups and you have a special bomb? very similar gameplay.

I wish more people on here played more RTS. The only other person that plays is William Smith.

It would be cool if you guys played Warcraft 2 or something.

I did already. I might actually give it a try. I'll try to remember when I get home today.

Spiral Knights is neat. Kinda Zelda-esque, but it has pretty significant paywalls. There's only so much you can play per day unless you buy energy. And AoE is an RTS.

Watch them make you have to pay if you want to play against another human.

I remember playing AOE back in the day. I was terrible at it. I didn't know what kind of units to make and it just wasn't as fun as Warcraft.
