1990 Nintendo Calendar

Book covers that my Mom made when I was in 1st Grade (probably 89-90).

I didn't trace these but I looked at small images inside the White Zombie CD and drew them bigger.
Dates say April and May of 1997.

These were definitely done by a Summers. Looks like Jim (Sithlord) signed the top one.

And then just some silly stuff.
My high school Freshman ID. Terrible Picture. Straight outta '97 yo.
Image

My glasses when I was in Kindergarten and 1st Grade.
The ones on the right I still get made fun of for having to this day. They're so tiny.
I know my hands are small but they look big compared to those things. haha

Wow these are all great. I totally remember that Nintendo calendar. So awesome. Crazy you have some old TMNT drawings from Jim! And it's cool you held onto those glasses.

Yeah its basically like two magnifying glass lenses. It really hurts my eyes to look through them.
My eyes were soooooooo bad when I was younger.

I really dig that picture of Sakura. I think I remember drawing street fighters going at it back in the day.

i love looking through tons of my old art and stuff...your stuff is so similar to mine its crazy phil. I used to always draw huge battle scenes involving Autobots and Decepticons and Wolverine vs tons of random cronies. The good part is I learned from an early age to always date my stuff, so I can actually timestamp most of it haha. One of the first posts on my website was all about my old Transformers art...the whole article is here...

Here are some examples...Most of these are from 1995 when I was in 4th/5th Grade

Well I did it. I sold nearly my entire collection of game mags to Next Level Games. I ended up getting 40 dollars in trade in credit, which is actually more than I thought. I thought about saving the credit for when his shop gets something cool in (they always tweet/FB their good trade ins) but who knows when I'll get to go back there so I just spent it. Picked up a handful of Genesis, SNES, and Gameboy games that I'll probably never play. Ha.

A handful of games that you'll never play takes up less room then chests full of magazines you'll never read.
