Well something about the thigh curvature makes me think it's a chick but I definitely see how Russel can say it's a dude. Tough call.

edit: Actually I agree that it's a dude. Ballet chicks almost always wear the bikini looking piece but have skin coloured tights on as well. Those look like average white tights so I would say dude.
