The only thing that would have saved Meet the Spartans is if Artie had ended up playing the Leonidas character. I think RAMBO is gonna be the weekend megaton.

The world needs Rambo, and Rambo needs the world.

i'm just playing devil's advocate...

but why so high and mighty over the played out action scenes of rambo as compared to the played out comedy jokes of meet the spartans?

I've learned my lesson from Epic Movie. I will never see another spoof movie unless it's another Scary Movie.

Yeah, I don't think people know what they're in for with this Rambo. I know I didn't give it a "proper" review, but man... it was seriously insane. There is some cheese in the dialogue, especially in the beginning of the movie but once things get rolling it's a crazy ride. I'm basically trying to save what I have to say about it for the podcast tomorrow night. All I know is this is something you don't want to take your girlfriend to.

I'm assuming Demi didn't go see it with you. I'm glad I didn't even bother to download Epic Movie. After watching Date Movie, that was it, I had enough. The jokes shouldn't even be called jokes. Meet the Spartans just look god awful and the people associated with making those movies all need to be incinerated along with their movie.
