Hey guys, sigs and avatars are getting out of hand again. Try keeping Avatars at 200x200 pixels, and try to keep your signature images limited as well. I recommend something around 500x150 pixels. Thanks.

Keep whatever you guys have for now, but when you change them again just try and keep em a little smaller. I only care because I don't like how they push text over and what not. And sometimes there are so many big sig images I feel like I'm scrolling through three pages to read the next post.

And Biff is great by the way.

Must forums have the avatars at like 100x100 or 50x50. They're supersized here.

Yeah, I tried to put a lock on it but it's not something built into the board and I can't seem to find a plugin for it.

thats the last time i fix one.
next time theres a big one that the person doesnt feel like editing themselves, they get REMOVED!

it literally took me ONE minute. anyone can take 1 minute out of their time and fix it and upload it to imageshack or somewhere.

remember kids, if you dont resize your avatars, you're gonna have a bad time!
save the picture to your PC, resize it to at most 200x200 pixels with like Microsoft Picture Manager (comes with Office 2003), then upload to imageshack.us or photobucket or something.

that is the lesson of the day.

And here's my tip of the day. If you want to upload your super sized avatar, go for a weekday and use Photobucket since that website is blocked by The General's work so he won't be able to tell how big it is!!! That is, it will be up until he gets home from work, usually around 5:00pm or so. So that's a whole half day of huge avatar goodness. VIVA LA REVOLUTION!!!!
