Shrek 3Ocean's 13
Paris Je T'aimeDriftwoodRise of the Dead

Shrek the Third – the third installment in the Shrek series deals with Shrek (Mike Myers) having to take over as King when the current King (John Cleese) falls ill. He doesn’t want to be King so he sets out with Donkey (Eddie Murphy) and Puss (Antonio Banderas) in search of the nearest relative, Arthur (Justin Timberlake). Tons of other voice actors too.

Ocean’s Thirteen – The gang is back together again this time with Ocean’s Eleven bad guy Andy Garcia joining to help screw over the man that screwed over one of their own. The baddie is Al Pacino and Danny Ocean’s crew plan to bankrupt him on the night his new hotel opens.

Paris, Je T’aime – translated to Paris, I Love You, is a unique piece of work that deals with love in the city of Paris, France. It’s unique because the film contains twenty different filmmakers (Gus Van Sant, Wes Craven, Alexander Payne, Coen Brothers, etc…) putting their own touch on different segments of the movie.

Driftwood – an indie film about a young teen dealing with the loss of his rock star brother. He becomes obsessed with death and gets sent to an Attitude Adjustment Camp run by the sadistic Captain (wrestler Diamond Dallas Page).

Rise of the Dead – a straight to DVD flick about a baby who is given up for adoption and eventually dies. The soul comes back to haunt the mother who gave him up in the first place. Yeah… don’t be fooled. Rise of the Dead is not a zombie movie.

Man, when I saw ‘Rise of the Dead’ I practically knocked a can of soda off my desk reaching for the mouse. What a bummer.

this is a review from amazon.

“This is NOT a zombie film by any means.

I purchased it this with the impression I’d be seeing the story of a girl whose town would be invaded by flesh-eating corpses and along with her family battle a desperate wage to survive. Along with said family, conflicts would arise and the battle for humanity becomes stronger than the battle to survive. And so on.

Instead, what I got was a film about a girl who decided to give her baby up for adoption and after he had been bounced from house to house, 3 years later the baby accidentally kills himself (a bit of a spoiler but this is learned early on and is crucial to the plot) and now the soul of the baby - ready for this? - is possessing people to kill his natural born mother for giving him up.

Any zombies in this film? No. Any gore? Nope, not really. Is it a good film? …Yes, actually it is. BUT it’s NOT a zombie film.”
