The summer is really closing out now.
There’s not too much buzz for the movies of this week. In fact, many of you might not have heard about anything coming out this week. That’s why I’m here. Whether you like it or not (probably more NOT), I’m telling you about movies for this Friday.

WAR!!!!!!!!!!!

War – Jason Statham’s FBI partner is killed by an assassin played by Jet Li. So now Statham is set on REVENGE! The “War” is on. Get it? That’s the title of the movie.

The face only the British can love.

Mr. Bean’s Holiday – Rowan Atkinson returns as his famous character, Mr. Bean. This time ol’ Bean goes on a European vacation and gets himself into some hijinx.

No matter how bad the movie, I’ll just stare at the hotness.

The Nanny Diaries – Scarlett Johansson plays the nanny of a wealthy family. She gets into lots of crazy situations with the husband (Paul Giamatti), wife (Laura Linney) and their son (some punk kid) that she cares for. And she falls for a guy, played by The Human Torch, Chris Evans.

I’M THE CHAMP MOTHERMUCKER!!!!!!!

Resurrecting the Champ – a struggling sports reporter (Josh Hartnett) meets a homeless man (Samuel L Jackson) who says he is a former boxing champion who was thought to be dead. This is the chance for Hartnett to gave one great story but many people are questioning his facts.

In limited release is The Hottest State which is a romantic drama about people falling in love (of course). Also comes Illegal Tender about a mother and son who have to defend themselves against the gang that killed their husband/father.

I don’t feel like seeing any of these movies.
I’m taking a weekend off from the theater.
